We understand that children are at their best when they are healthy, so we are here to help spread awareness and share health and wellness resources in our community!
All children in Savannah and surrounding communities, along with their parents, are invited to participate in this fun, interactive day filled with activities, entertainment, vendors, and more!
The first 150 children at the event will also receive a FREE T-shirt.
Students will participate in separate tracks (per age group) of three classes lasting one hour each.
The event kicks off with an Expo to learn about schools, universities, and Engineering companies right here in the Coastal Empire! Then as the students break off for classes the adults are invited to stay and learn how to keep the students interested in STEM and how to prep them for school.

Come climb on and explore the vehicles that build and protect our community at Pooler MOPS 5th annual Touch a Truck, Sat. Feb. 25, 2023, 10AM-2PM at the Pooler Recreation Center. (Raindate is Sat. March 4, 2023) Admission: $5 per person with a maximum of $20 per household. Children younger than 2 are free.
There will be bounce houses and a raffle table with various items from many local businesses. Raffle tickets will be available at the event for $1 per ticket. Every family will receive one free raffle ticket with admission. (Cash and Card accepted at the raffle table). All proceeds benefit Pooler Mothers of Preschoolers.
Food trucks will also be in attendance. Expect some special surprises this year for this big 5-year celebration.
“Horn-Free Time”** will be from 10-10:45AM. You can experience all the fun of Touch a Truck without loud music, horns and sirens. (Please note organizers work hard to keep this first 45 minutes as quiet as possible; however, there are things beyond their control that still lead to noise. Be aware and take the necessary precautions.)
Ticket(s) cover entrance fee and everything inside the festival EXCEPT food trucks and raffle tickets.

Bring your little ones to Telfair Museums’ final Art Start: Stroller and Toddler Tour of the year on Thursday, December 15 at 10:30am at the Jepson Center in downtown Savannah.
Toddler Tuesday is a program for 1-4 year old children and their caregivers that focuses on one of our animals, or a relevant nature theme. The program will meet at the picnic pavilion and will include singing, finger play, a story, and a possible encounter with one of our furry, feathered or scaly residents.
Occasionally the program ventures to an exhibit, so dress appropriately and bring your stroller and walking shoes. Toddler Tuesday is weather dependent and in case of extreme weather and a cancellation is called for, attendees will be emailed at the address you registered your child with.
Sessions are offered twice on Tuesdays from 10 – 10:30AM & 11-11:30AM and registration is not required, but it helps us speed up check in and if there is a cancellation you will be the first to know.
$5 for children participating in the program (members and non members must pay program fee)
$3 per class if you buy a multi pass punch card (6 class minimum purchase)
You can purchase a punch card for your child’s admission for repeat visits at the class sign-in table, or at the front desk lobby anytime! Find out more information here!

Participants will walk a mile around Forsyth Park. Registration: $15. Money raised at the Buddy Walk benfefits Camp Buddy, two summer camps in Effingham and Chatham to help students retain their skills over the summer break. It also benefits new parent packets and educational opportunities for local families and advocates.
An in-person recruitment session will be this Saturday July 16 2022 at 10AM at the Three Tree Café in Pooler. Interested members can learn about the League, the community service work being done and the benefits of membership. The Junior League of Savannah supports several local non-profit organizations through year-round hands-on programming, annual grants and one-day service projects, all funded through various platforms like their signature Thrift Sale.
