The goal of Latch is to address the confusion that often surrounds infant feeding so that you can meet your feeding goals, enjoy your early months of parenthood, and nourish your baby.
Whether you are exclusively breast breeding, bottle feeding, or a combination of both – the IBCLCs at Latch are here to help, from the early days and throughout your journey.

Participants will walk a mile around Forsyth Park. Registration: $15. Money raised at the Buddy Walk benfefits Camp Buddy, two summer camps in Effingham and Chatham to help students retain their skills over the summer break. It also benefits new parent packets and educational opportunities for local families and advocates.
An in-person recruitment session will be this Saturday July 16 2022 at 10AM at the Three Tree Café in Pooler. Interested members can learn about the League, the community service work being done and the benefits of membership. Additional event details will be posted on the Junior League of Savannah Facebook page.
All women ages 21 years old and older are invited to join JLS.
The Junior League of Savannah supports several local non-profit organizations through year-round hands-on programming, annual grants and one-day service projects, all funded through various platforms like their signature Thrift Sale.

According to the American Academy Pediatrics Journal, while many mothers initiate breastfeeding, only 29 percent of babies are breastfed during their first 12 months.
Breastfeeding can be hard, especially for new mothers. Pair that with the fact that it can often be difficult to find trusted information and medical professionals to aid in the process, it’s no wonder many moms turn to formula.
