Seth Bonder Camp is at Georgia Tech Savannah this summer for 9th – 12th graders, July 7th – 11th, 2025!
The Seth Bonder Summer Program in Computational and Data Science Engineering is intended for high school students interested in computer science and engineering who have no or minimal background in data science and computer programming.
The program only requires that participants can use a browser and have a desire to learn computational and data science through meaningful and exciting applications in machine learning, optimization, computational social science, and genomics. The Level 1 program allows students to start from Level 1 with the Snap! visual programming language. The key computational concepts are introduced using a small robot (“Karel the Robot”) navigating in a grid world. Lunch is included in the cost!
What: CTAE Summer Camp offers enrichment opportunities in various career and technical education fields.
When: June 2 – June 12 (no camp on Fridays) (Additional sessions may be added based on camp enrollment and demand) Where: Woodville Tompkins Career & Technical High School in Savannah.

Discovering Ag: This is an engaging program where students explore the science, technology, and careers behind gardening, food production, and sustainability. Gear Up: Trade Skills Adventure is an interactive summer camp where students explore hands-on careers in the skilled trades, from construction and welding to electrical work and automotive repair. Through guided projects and expert mentorship, participants will gain practical skills, problem-solving experience, and insight into high-demand career paths.
Health Heroes: Future Medics is an inspiring summer program where students explore the world of healthcare through hands-on activities, medical simulations, and expert-led workshops. Master Chef in the Making: This is a fun and interactive summer program where students learn essential cooking skills, kitchen safety, and the art of creating delicious meals. STEAM Dream. This is an exciting summer camp where students explore science, technology, engineering, arts, and math through hands-on projects and creative problem-solving. Students will engage in experiments, design challenges, and interactive activities that inspire innovation and a passion for discovery.
Red Carpet Ready: Spa & Beauty is a fun and creative summer study where students explore skincare, hairstyling, makeup, and self-care techniques. Through hands-on activities and guidance, students will learn beauty tips, wellness routines, and the confidence to shine inside and out.
These popular camps will take place June 2-18 2025 Monday through Thursday from 9AM-3PM @ the Armstrong Campus of Georgia Southern University in Savannah. Student drop off and pick up will be at the Student Union. Students are encouraged to bring lunch and snacks.
