Savannah Children’s Museum will kick off a Summer Fun Theme on the museum’s special open day this Monday, Memorial Day May 26th.
Come enjoy summer fun daily programming including a summer fun-themed scavenger hunt. Summer Fun Theme will be May 26th-June 9th.
In addition to themed weekly scheduled programs, Savannah Children’s Museum will dedicate different days of the summer to some of our most requested activities, so you can plan accordingly.
This programming is included with Savannah Children’s Museum admission and FREE for Coastal Heritage Society members.
Summer hours start Monday, May 26th: 9AM-2PM Monday-Saturday. Closed Sunday.

Telfair Museums invites you to celebrate a new exhibition in its immersive Children’s Art Museum @ Telfair Museums’ Jepson Center in Savannah that focuses on the fantastic art of Savannah artist and sailor William O. Golding.
A host of new interactive experiences will guide children and visitors of all ages through the remarkable story of this seafaring artist. New exhibits by FREN Inc. bring Golding’s pencil and crayon drawings to life in animations that visitors of all ages may interact with.
Join us for CAM’s reopening and special art activities! Children can decorate sailor’s caps, enjoy face painting, and *visitors younger12 get a free scoop of ice cream. *Complimentary ice cream available for Telfair members. Alison Barker LAPC
Alison Barker has focused her career on trauma work and helping those of any age struggling with hurtful experiences. She offers mental health therapy for children and teens (ages 5+) for anxiety, mood/emotions, ADHD, parent/child bonding, and social skills.
Alison works with adults experiencing present day concerns stemming from unresolved trauma. Her practice focuses on addressing depression, anxiety, decreasing stress, and improving self-esteem. She employs an open approach to help anyone seeking help begin where they are most comfortable. Her belief in the person-centered approach optimizes the road to healing.

Celebrate National Train Day with Coastal Rail Buffs at Georgia State Railroad Museum in Savannah 10AM-3PM Sat. May 10 2025.
Coastal Rail Buffs and their friends will bring a wide variety of model train layouts for visitors to enjoy, including ones you can operate yourself.
