Georgia Tech’s Center for Education Integrating Science, Mathematics and Computing (CEISMC) is offering summer camps for students in rising 2nd – 12th grade. All of our programming is focused around science, technology, engineering, and art and technology.
Join us at Georgia Tech Savannah for our Spring Break day camp where every day this week will be devoted to a different letter of STEAM. Students can join us for one day or all five!
Advanced Academics Academy in Pooler – a private, micro school – offers small classes, hands-on learning, a customized curriculum with certified educators for PreK-7th grade.
Tormenta FC welcomes all players between the ages of 4-14 to join in this season across the various practice locations: Savannah, Skidaway Island, Wilmington Island, Bluffton.
You can register a full team of players or as an individual. Tormenta welcomes all players of all skill levels to participate in this soccer program! The Recreation program will run for 8 weeks. Each team will practice once a week, and games are scheduled on Saturdays throughout the season!

The beloved Savannah tug boat children’s play area is back on Savannah’s River Street, refurbished and modernized , replacing the original wooden 1977 tugboat, designed by Riverfront Urban Renewal Project architect Eric Meyerhoff.
The original tugboat, nicknamed “Tinkerbell,” had become dilapidated over the years and had been repaired and rebuilt multiple times until it was removed several years ago for safety reasons.
The donation of the new ADA accessible tugboat play area is from Margot Meyerhoff, daughter Eric Meyerhoff. Stephen Nottingham, from Frendesign, modernized the design.

Tanger Outlets Savannah invites the community to its inaugural Touch-a-Truck event on Sunday, Feb. 25 from 2-4 p.m.
Meet the Pooler Fire Department fire fighters and have close-up experience with the fire truck. Memorial Health will provide car seat safety checks for parents.
Stop by Tanger Outlet’s faux lighthouse any time between 2-4PM to learn about fire safety and see the fire trucks. Coloring books, crayons, and firemen hats will be given to each child in attendance.
Treat your young artist to a week of camp at Scribble Art Studio this summer. We have a new camp week especially for 4 year olds “Summer Sprinklers” Each camp week includes supplies and a mid-morning snack.
Sessions are 9AM to Noon for ages 4-11.

Mark your calendars for Feb. 11 2024. We’ve consolidated the event a bit to bring all of the goodness to the front side of the park and we’re using the back part as parking.
