The Golf Swing Studio in Savannah runs a year-round junior golf program known as A.S.W.I.NG. for junior golfers of all skill levels between the ages of 6-12.
This great initiative not only gets your junior active and moving but also ignites their passion for golf from an early age.
Start your child on a lifelong journey with the game. And part of the coaching will be developing the young players’ ABCs of movement – Agility, Balance, Coordination and Speed – first. These four skills, identified by movement experts, are critical to learning any sport. In fact, children won’t acquire all these skills by only playing golf.
Your family is invited to get a first-hand glimpse of all the amazing opportunities available for students in Pre-K through 12th grade at Calvary Day School in Savannah.
Calvary’s Preview Days and group tours are the perfect chance to see what today’s learners are doing to become tomorrow’s leaders.
Register here for Calvary’s Preview Day and/or a Group Tour. Group Tours are limited to 15 families and last approximately 1.5 hours. (The Early Learning Center is not included on Group Tours. If you are interested in the Early Learning Center please contact Karen Strickland at (912) 644-5054.)

“Breastfeeding is a natural thing, but it doesn’t come natural to everyone,” Dickerson explained. “I can even speak from personal experience. I didn’t breastfeed my first child, because I had no experience in doing so. But when I became a nurse practitioner with SouthCoast Health and started working with our lactation consultants, I was able to successfully breastfeed my second child. The same can happen for any mom who has the right guidance.”
To help guide mothers who are considering breastfeeding, Dickerson answers questions commonly asked in her practice. See the Q&A here.
If you have any other questions about breastfeeding or if you’d like to meet with one of SouthCoast Health’s talented and qualified lactation specialties, call SouthCoast Health’s Richmond Hill pediatric office today at 912-527-5352.
