Experience one of the most enigmatic majors at SCAD during the fibers department’s open studio this Fri. Feb. 21, 5-8pm @ Pepe Hall, 212 W. Taylor St. Savannah.
Showcasing installations, work in progress, and hands-on demonstrations, this is your chance to delve into the art of 3D design.
Under the guidance of fibers virtuosos, enjoy make-and-take moments from screen printing, indigo dyeing, and tufting to embroidery, weaving, and more. Light refreshments will be served.

You’re invited to the 13th Annual Junior League of Savannah’s Fit Kids Fest taking place 1-4PM Saturday, February 15th 2025, 1-4pm at the Savannah Children’s Museum.
A free community event, Junior League of Savannah’s Fit Kids Fest focuses on the importance of a healthy body and mind by introducing kids and their parents to fun activities designed for children of all ages.
The goal of Fit Kids Fest Fit Kids Fest is to foster overall wellness among K-12 students and introduce families to healthy lifestyle resources in the community.
Activities include free face painting and complimentary, full access to the Savannah Children’s Museum. The museum has an exploratory maze, nature’s kitchen, art maker space, puppet theater, slides, a sensory garden, scavenger hunt and more.
Calling all little creatives! Embark on a journey of artistic expression, discovery, and exploration with SCAD Museum of Art educators. Brimming with imaginative activities designed just for kiddos, each day is packed with programming inspired by the latest exhibitions. While enjoying art projects, gallery visits, outdoor play, creative indoor games, dance parties, and, of course, snack time, your budding geniuses (and you) can form new friendships.
