FIT4MOM opens additional stroller workout classes in Savannah; first class is free
Savannah moms can’t get enough of FIT4MOM, the women’s fitness franchise for moms & mothers-to-be.
FIT4MOM is expanding with an additional class location in the Savannah area.
Erin Hanna, owner of FIT4MOM Savannah, says the program is unique & effective. Moms get to enjoy the multiple benefits of both fitness & family.
“I look forward to offering even more moms and mothers-to-be fitness opportunities. We are a friendly, laid-back group of moms, but we get an awesome workout as well,”said Hanna, who opened the Savannah FIT4MOM franchise in June 2014.

Daffin Park class
The opening Daffin Park class will be Tues, Sept. 16 2014. There will be prizes, refreshments & surprises. Bring a yoga mat or towel & water & meet in front of Grayson Stadium at 9:15 am.
Class will start promptly at 9:30 until 10:30 am.
As always, first class is FREE!

Savannah Mall class
FIT4MOM Savannah’s current location is the Savannah Mall. It is a great location to beat the heat, rain, or cold, but move around outside when the weather is nice. The Savannah Mall classes are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9:30-10:30 am.
FIT4MOM is a total fitness program for new moms that they can do with their babies. It includes power walking & intervals of body toning using exercise tubing & the stroller. Taught by nationally certified instructors, it’s a great workout for any level of exerciser.
In 60 minutes, you will get a total body workout improving your cardiovascular endurance, your strength & your flexibility. The classes are equally beneficial for babies as instructors will weave songs through the workout & incorporate activities to make it fun.

In addition to the classes, FIT4MOM offers playgroups & mom’s night out, giving women an opportunity to socialize & further relationships.
