Play dates @ this gym are every Monday, Tuesday & Friday 10:30AM-Noon. Attend just one day or all three.

For crawlers to age 4.

These “play dates” are an unstructured play time with our toys,swings,slides,bouncy house and more. It is great way to get your child out the house and around other children in a safe and fun environment.

An adult is required to be present to supervise your child at all times as supervision is not provided.

$8 per session or $65 for a punch card including 10 sessions.

We will work on the wheel and see what we get! The fee includes all materials, glaze, and firing of one piece per person. Pieces will be available to pick up 2-3weeks after the class. Parent & Child Nightlight Glass Fusing Workshop NEW!

As the nights get longer, scare away the monsters with a nightlight that you and your youngster created together. Come join the fun and learn how to crush, cut, and melt glass into your own unique design. We will be using real glass to make a fused glass nightlight. Because we are using glass, children must be over the age of 5 to participate and an adult must be present. Please note: projects will be available for pick up at a later date due to the kiln firing process. Workshop is limited to 10 students total.

The culmination of these pieces will be structured into an artist portfolio to present to future schools or for personal assessment.

Portfolio Builder Fall Session: Youth Drawing I
Ages 10-14

This class is designed to help upper-elementary and middle school students improve their drawing skills. Analog Photography Basics
Ages 10-14

Have you ever wondered how analog photography works? In this two-day workshop, you will get an introduction to 35mm film and how to use a darkroom. Students will shoot and develop their own film, as well as make photograms and silver gelatin photographs with enlargers. Museum members $100, non-members $125. Exploring Cyanotype
Ages 10-14
1-5PM, Dec. 15-16, Jepson Center
Cyanotype is a photographic chemistry that dates back to the 1840s and makes beautiful blue-toned images. In the first day of this workshop, students will learn how to coat paper to make it light-sensitive, and create photograms from different objects. Students will also be able to shoot photographs with digital cameras and learn to make large negatives for creating cyanotype photographs. Museum members $100, non-members $125. Old Fort Jackson Campover sleepover Coastal Heritage Society Savannah

Spend the night in Georgia’s oldest brick fort and experience history firsthand.

Tickets are now on sale for the 2017 “Old Fort Jackson Family Campover,” the annual event for families to experience history firsthand in a 207-year-old National Landmark. Purchase tickets online here.

The campoover will be Friday, March 3 at 5PM through Saturday, March 4 at 9AM at Old Fort Jackson, 1 Fort Jackson Rd, Savannah, GA 31404.

During the event children will train as soldiers from the American Revolution and participate in a reenactment of the 1778 Battle of Savannah. Adults will have the opportunity to train as Civil War soldiers and learn the drill for the 12 lb. howitzer, our historic cannon, and fire the weapon.

Tent setup will begin at 5PM. Dinner will be served at 6:15PM followed by fun military activities. The night will end with smores, historic songs and games. The next morning campers will rise, pack up their gear, enjoy breakfast and participate in the event closing ceremonies.

Preregistration and prepayment are required and tickets are $55 for children ages 6 to 15 years of age. Tickets are $35 for adults 16 years of age and older, with an optional black powder demonstration add-on costing $50.
