Shadow Puppetry Workshop in Savannah for Teens Ages 13-17

Looking for a spooky activity for your teen? Sign them up for Nevermore, a shadow puppetry workshop for teens, ages 13-17 on Tuesdays, Sept. 29 and Oct. 6, 6-8PM.

Enter a world of ravens, moonlit forests, and mysterious tales in this shadow puppetry workshop for teens inspired by the haunting imagery of Edgar Allan Poe and classic Gothic literature.

Students will craft expressive paper shadow puppets using shape punches and paints to create dramatic silhouettes with luminous touches of color.

Together, they will develop and perform an original short shadow play filled with suspense, imagination, and autumnal intrigue. Their recorded performance will be featured as part of the Cultural Arts Center’s Kick and Scream Halloween Show (presented on October 30), showcasing their creative storytelling in a captivating seasonal production.
