Georgia State Railroad Museum and Savannah Children’s Museum will transform into a magical world of discovery during Coastal Heritage Society’s signature fall family fundraiser, Frogwarts: A Magical Adventure!
Families can enjoy a day filled with STEAM activities, train rides, spellbinding fun, and plenty of hands-on adventures.
Explore magical classes inspired by wizard-school themed
adventure while discovering chemistry, engineering, biology, art, and more.

Lowcountry Turners will be creating custom lathe-turned wands available for purchase while supplies last.
Bring your favorite stuffed animal for the Magical Creature Care Clinic, also known as the Teddy Bear Clinic, hosted by the Medical College of Georgia-Savannah in the STEAM Center classroom.
Enjoy a performance by students from Garrison Glee Club from Esther F. Garrison School for the Arts and explore activities led by Coastal Heritage Society’s community partners.
Latin Chicks, Pie Society, Savannah Square Pops, and more food trucks will be on site with food available for purchase.

When local schools close for holidays and breaks, Days at the J in Savannah offers full-day camp activities. Early drop-off is available. For children 4 years old to 8th grade.

At Skidway Island State Park Fall Junior Ranger Camps in Savannah, Junior Rangers (ages 6-12) enjoy exploring the marsh and maritime forest, learning outdoor skills, and participating in games and arts & crafts activities. Under the Lights is the ORIGINAL youth flag football partner of Under Armour, Inc. The league is for both boys and girls from grades Kindergarten to 4th grade. Under the Lights is for players of all skill levels and promotes a competitive, confidence building, non-contact football experience.

Walk with your trick or treater through Oatland’s friendly forest of nature trails to meet and gather goodies from cheerful animal characters. Face painting, crafts, concessions, and much more.

Other activities will be led by Coastal Heritage Society community partners including Savannah Speech & Hearing Center, Dogwood Pediatric Dentistry, Callaway Critters, Georgia Southern Center for Wildlife Education, Memorial Health Dwaine & Cynthia Willett Children’s Hospital, Coastal Rail Buffs, Garrison Voices, and Savannah Tree Foundation.
