FIT4MOM is the country’s largest fitness program for moms offering pre and post-natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood. Come join in for a great workout for all fitness levels and meet some new friends! Bring a yoga mat or towel and water and meet the group.
The Fit4Mom Savannah group works out at the Savannah Mall Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, Daffin Park Tuesday and Thursday, and Hull Park (at 55th St. and Atlantic St.) on Saturday. All classes are from 9:30 til 10:30 am, and your first class is FREE!
Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors are specially trained in pre and post-natal fitness and offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. All locations also offer a free playgroup with Our Village so moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates, moms’ nights out, and activities for the whole family.
