Stroller Strong Moms of Savannah offers stroller fitness classes where you can S.L.A.M. (Sweat Like A Mother) five days of the week in five different locations in and around Savannah: Forsyth Park and Matilda Beasley Park in the heart of Savannah, J.F. Gregory Park south of Savannah in Richmond Hill, and Tom Triplett Park west of Savannah in Pooler, Parkside Park in Rice Hope, Port Wentworth.

Stroller Strong Moms’ seasoned instructors have a knack for finding your limits and pushing you past them.
