You’re invited: Showing of the film “Mother Nature’s Child”, Savannah
Bamboo Farm & Coastal Gardens have added a new venue to their showing of the film, Mother Nature’s Child. You are invited to the showing of the film Mother Nature’s Child, which explores the essential ways contact with the natural world promotes children’s health and well-being. In addition to the moving expressions of the children themselves, the film includes interviews with Richard Louv, author of Last Child in the Woods; tracker Jon Young; authors Stephen Kellert and David Sobel; outdoor educators Brother Yusuf Burgess, Misha Golfman and Amy Beam; Nancy Bell of The Conservation Fund; and teachers of every age group.
