Tot Time classes begin to teach basic stretching & tumbling skills. In these fun classes, Mom (Dad or Grandparents) will help the child with front rolls, stretching, splits & other exercises. Crowned Elite Athletics  in Savannah is offering these specialty classes: Stretch & Flex, Pre-Flight as well as Jump Class.

Jump Class

This class will focus on proper stretching technique and extensive strength training to complete all required jump positions. In addition to stretching and conditioning, instructors will train proper arm and leg placement to perform each jump successfully and correctly. Athletes will learn Toe Touch, Pike Jump, Hurdlers, Combination Jumps, and Jumps into Tumbling.

Stretch & Flex for ages 5 & older

Stretching is not only beneficial for jumps and flyer flexibility, but it also reduces the overall risk of injury for all star athletes as well as athletes in our tumbling classes. This stretching class will focus on the proper techniques of stretching the right, left, and middle splits, proper back flexibility, and proper shoulder flexibility.   Ages 5 and up are welcome.
