Where’s Noble Bones? A Bone Chilling Scavenger Hunt
Every Saturday in October 2021: Sat. Oct 23, 9 AM-4 PM; Sat. Oct. 30, 9AM-4PM
Wormsloe Historic Site – Savannah
Come help find Noble Jones, he has lost all of his Noble Bones. Every Saturday in October, Wormsloe State Historic Site will be holding a spooky scavenger hunt. It gives families a perfect way to get outdoors and enjoy the beautiful natural and cultural resources here at Wormsloe while having some fun. $2.50 – $10 912-353-3023.

Colonial Sailors with Captain Knotbeard

Wormsloe Historic Site – Savannah
Come join Captain Knotbeard and learn about sailing in the 18th century. Learn how to use a compass, tie sailing knots, how to use a sailing whistle, and sing silly sea shanties. The program includes one sailing whistle and length of rope, which is yours to keep. If you have your own compass, bring it with you. $7.50 – $15.00 912-353-3023.

Wormsloe Historic Site – Savannah
Join Ranger KeyShawn as he takes you on a journey, highlighting Wormsloe’s history as a slave plantation and invoking the memories of those enslaved Africans who lived and worked here. The tour will last approximately one hour on a 1.5 mile hike. Please note to bring water, and wear comfortable shoes for the guided hike. Register in advance. $6.50 – $12 912-353-3023.
