Save the date: Frogwarts annual Harry-Potter inspired event hosted by Coastal Heritage Society in Savannah will be Sun. Oct. 13, 2019 11AM-3PM. Register online for tickets to Frogwarts here.
Frogwarts: A Magical Adventure! @ Savannah Children’s Museum & Georgia State Railroad Museum includes the following classes and activities:
~Sorting Hat – Which Frogwarts House do you belong to?
~Wand Making – The wand chooses the wizard…
~Potions – Use real science to create magic
~Astronomy – Study the stars, planets and galaxies
~Defense Against the Dark Arts – Create glow-in-the-dark fun
~Care of Magical Creatures – Become a Magizoologist!
~Herbology – Explore what’s growing in Frogwarts Mobile Garden
~Fortune Telling – What does your future hold?
~Quidditch – May the best wizard win!
Attendees can also take a ride on Georgia State Railroad Museum’s steam locomotive, the Frogwarts Express, or visit Gringotts Wizarding Bank.
Friends from NASA Solar System Ambassadors, Georgia Reptile Society, Snapology, Savannah Stage Company, Leopold’s Ice Cream, Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More and The Lowcountry Turners will conjure up fun activities for the whole family!
Kids are welcome to come dressed in any Halloween or Harry Potter-themed costume.
Cost: $12 for all participants, ages eighteen months and up. Pre-registration is required online here.
