Savannah Refugee Film Festival 2018
The Savannah Refugee Film Festival – organized by Mountainfilm on Tour Savannah, Georgia Southern University and Lutheran Services of Georgia – will be 6:30PM this Tuesday, June 19 at the Georgia Southern Armstrong Campus, Ogeechee Theater in the Student Union in Savannah
The festival is free and open to the public.
This is the first refugee film festival in Savannah. The following short films will be shown: “50 Feet From Syria”; “How We Choose” ; “Zain’s Summer: From Refugee to American Boy”; “The Sculptor of Damascus.”
The film festival coincides with World Refugee Day.
