(Savannah Parent & Me classes) Tot Time @ Crowned Elite Athletics

Crowned Elite Athletics  in Savannah is offering a parent & child class called Tot Time for ages 18 months to 3 years.

This will be a coach-instructed parent & child class on Tuesdays, 4:15-4:45PM & on Wednesdays, 3:30-4PM.

Tot Time classes begin to teach basic stretching & tumbling skills. In these fun classes, Mom (Dad or Grandparents) will help the child with front rolls, stretching, splits & other exercises. Coaches will introduce children to the trampoline, teaching bouncing skills & building leg muscles that cheerleaders will need later on to perform jumps and flips. Many of the things learned in these classes can be repeated at home to strengthen skills & ability even more.
