On Sunday Oct. 12 2014, COPE, a local childhood obesity prevention organization, will hold a FREE afternoon event at their studio located at 8511 Ferguson Avenue #F next to Nonstop Fitness in Sandfly.

The event will be 3-6 PM. This is for all school aged kids. Kids will have fitness fun with a certified trainer, learn great nutrition tips with a nutritionist and discuss exchanging lifestyle habits for healthier ones with COPE’s health coach.

COPE offers the only certified L.E.A.N. health coach in the Savannah area.

COPE offers Savannah families obesity education and prevention free of charge in the way of  after school programs. Donated funds pay for the cost of implementation and materials so all parents and children can participate and/or benefit.
