Each international club and organization is invited to post their flag and bring their instruments to play one song that best represents their nation’s connection to Our Ocean. Participants and listeners are invited to bring a picnic and seating for an early evening of international ocean-inspired music and festivities. The incomparable rousing sound of the Army Band will get your feet tapping and your heart pounding. The band will pay tribute to Our Ocean through their ocean-inspired music and to our armed forces with their crowd-pleasing medlies. After this stellar performance your step will have a little more “umph”, your smile will be broader and your heart a little prouder. Literature will be on hand to help you better understand how precious and fragile our world’s ocean is, and what you can do to become better stewards in protecting it.
