(St. Patrick’s in Savannah 2021) Paint Tybee Island Green
Yes, Savannah and Tybee Island’s St. Patrick’s Day parade & festivities are cancelled for 2021 due to the pandemic.
However, Tybee Island residents plan to celebrate the holiday in a creative, socially-distanced way: the Paint Tybee Ireland Green project with houses and businesses bedecked in green and St. Patrick’s decor.
Participants planning to decorate their property are asked to register here or email tybeeireland@yahoo.com by Feb. 20.
The socially-distanced celebration will be March 12-20. Maps of participating homes are available here.
