Pirates at Port Royal Sound Maritime Center Port Royal Sound Foundation Maritime Center – a small, free & interesting museum that’s in Okatie, S.C. near Beaufort, SC (about a 45-minute drive from Savannah) – has Pirate Saturdays on the third Saturday of each month.

From 11AM-2PM on Sat. July 16, members of the Charles Towne Few, South Carolina’s largest pirate re-enactment group, will be swashbuckling, storytelling, plundering & telling landlubbers the true stories of pirates in the Port Royal Sound area.

Port Royal Sound Foundation Maritime Center Admission is FREE so bring the whole family.
