Mommy & Me program starts at Skidaway Is. Aquarium, Savannah

Mommy and Me program at the newly renovated University of Georgia Marine Education Center and Aquarium on Skidaway Island starts on Saturdays in February: Feb. 4, 11, 18 & 25th. Time: 10 – 10:45 am.

Mommy & Me are programs for toddlers age 1-4 years old. These programs encompass a variety of learning techniques that allow for the development of motor skills, understanding different shapes, sizes, weights, and movements among a variety of marine animals native to Georgia waterways, and the ability to identify the difference between fish, crabs, turtles, and invertebrates.

The programs include hands-on experiences with different animals, arts and crafts, a story time, and a game.

Mommy & Me will take place in four-week sessions on Saturdays this February from 10:00 to 10:45 AM. These programs have a limit of 20 participants/program and advance registration is required by calling (912) 598-2496 or by emailing fish@uga.edu. More info here.

Cost
Non-season pass holder: $12/child-parent pair; additional children $6/child
Season pass holder: $10/child-parent pair; additional children $5/child

For a full 4 Week Session
Non-season pass holder $40/child-parent pair (additional children $18/child)
Season Pass holder $34/child-parent pair (additional children $16/child)
