This class will focus on proper stretching technique and extensive strength training to complete all required jump positions. Stretching is not only beneficial for jumps and flyer flexibility, but it also reduces the overall risk of injury for all star athletes as well as athletes in our tumbling classes. This stretching class will focus on the proper techniques of stretching the right, left, and middle splits, proper back flexibility, and proper shoulder flexibility.   Ages 5 and up are welcome.

Bring your kids to Savannah Ballet Theatre’s production of The Little Mermaid on April 21 at The Lucas Theatre for the Arts in Savannah.

Each performance will be followed up with a Character Meet and Greet, free with ticket. Kids’ tickets for the matinee are only $12!

The world-renowned professional company along with local students from the community will present two performances on April 21. SBT’s production of The Little Mermaid premiered in 2015 and launched SBT’s series of original ballets adapted from adventure-filled stories.

SBT’s adaptation is based on the tale by Hans Christian Andersen – moving audiences beyond the Disney version and allowing them to experience the story in a new way.

Legacy Irish Dance Academy Fall 2016 classes in Savannah – including FREE boys class – start Aug. 16.

BOTH tots and a beginner classes are offered. Tots start at age 3.

Boys are FREE!

Cost: $60 a month and a all dancers will receive a class tee.

Classes will be in a brand new studio at 7210 Skidaway Rd.
Class times are: 5:30-6:15PM so you can bring your kids after you leave work.
