Savannah Children’s Museum is an outdoor, two-level space, built within the former Central of Georgia Railway repair facility and adjacent to Georgia State Railroad Museum. The museum features learning-through-play exhibits including an exploration maze, a reading nook, building blocks, a nature kitchen and scavenger hunt.

Join the SCAD Bee Sharps, the university’s elite performance ensemble, for an evening of carols and good cheer at the all-new Holiday Spectacular concert. The Bee Sharps will be joined by special guest stars and alumni, including American Idol winner Candice Glover (B.F.A., dramatic writing, 2022), as SCAD celebrates the holiday season. Scribble Art Studio in Savannah will offer three days of art instruction during the first part of Thanksgiving Week 2023 when Savannah-Chatham public schools are closed for fall break.

Beyond Sight is a multisensory exhibition that invites visitors to experience art on a deeper level through touching, hearing, and interacting with the artwork.
Following the tour, there will be an interactive workshop with one of the artists from the exhibition.
Siblings and friends of all abilities are welcome, space permitting.
