Pre-K registration lottery application Savannah Chatham County Free, lottery-funded Pre-K for 2017-2018 school year

This free, state-funded Pre-K at some Savannah-Chatham public schools is open to all children who are 4 years old on or before Sept. 1 residing in Chatham County.

The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System has 60 Georgia Lottery funded Pre-K classes with additional classes at Coastal Empire Montessori.  See the list of Savannah-Chatham public schools that offer the free Pre-K here.

Pre-K applications for the free, lottery-funded Pre-K programs for 2017-18 at Savannah-Chatham County public schools will be available online here starting Feb. 21 2017 until March 6 2017. Applications & required documents are due March 7 2017. The lottery will be April 4 2017.

The deadline to submit required documents to one of the selected schools is March 7, 2017. Applications cannot be processed without these documents.

Pre-K Registration YMCA 2017-18 Savannah private

Some Savannah private preschools and childcare facilities also offer the state-funded, free Pre-K program and have different application deadlines.

The YMCA Pre-K program in Savannah, Effingham County & the Golden Isles FREE Georgia Pre-K program registration for 2017-18 opened on February 15 2017. Spaces are first come, first serve for the 2017-2018 school year.

Students must be age 4 by September 1, 2017 to be eligible for this free Pre-K.

Pre-K is available at the following Y locations: Effingham YMCA, Golden Isles YMCA, Habersham YMCA and West Chatham YMCA.
