ShareCare is a one day seminar that teaches techniques to relieve pain and promote relaxation. ShareCare is based upon the therapeutic teachings of Dr. John E. Upledger. ShareCare explains how proper nutrition and exercise serve as preventative formulas for good health, and combines that with the hands-on instruction in basic CranioSacral Therapy techniques of therapeutic touching.
