Tim Arnold, who has been cutting silhouettes professionally for over 30 years and considered one of America’s premier silhouette artists, will be available to do your child’s silhouette this month at the Island Child boutique store in the Village at Wexford on Hilton Head Is.
Known for his accuracy and interior detailing, Arnold’s silhouettes are famous for their delicate inside cuts referred to as “European embellished style”.
