Mommy & Me classes: New healthy, fit classes including YogaKids @ Ignite the Senses children’s sensory gym
Parent & Me classes (YogaKids, FitKids & more) start Jan. 30 2017 @ Ignite the Senses children’s sensory gym in Bluffton SC.
A healthy lifestyle is learned early
Ignite the Senses has three options available to kick off 2017 for kids and moms too to test their strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. Additional class days and times will be added as needed. Classes are once per week and can be in any combination between Yogakids and Fitkids for the children.
*All classes include 1 hour access to the open gym after the class

YogaKids
$15/class – $60/month {Monday 9:30AM/Friday 11AM}
The emphasis in this class will be on slowing down! We live very fast paced and stressful lives and our children absorb the stress too. Children (ages 2 and older) will learn how to recognize signs of stress and how to best deal with it. Limited to 6 children/class. Register online here.

FitKids
$15/class – $60/month {Tuesday 11AM/Thursday 9:30AM}
FitKids (ages 2 and older) will have fun while building strength, coordination and balance along with confidence, self-esteem and independence. They will also learn team building skills with their new friends and as they challenge themselves they will learn that there are no limits to their abilities as long as they try and never give up. Limited to 6 children/class. Register online here.

Mommy & Me Get Fit Together
$25/class – $100/month for families (up to 2 children)
This class is for those moms that want to workout and want to share the experience with their child(ren). Whether you carry and use your small child (infant) as a weight or your toddler mimics everything you do (side-by-side) we will provide a workout that both of you can do. All fitness levels are welcome. Limited to 6 families/class. Register online here.
