Also, Savannnah Food Co-op has two amazingly simple and totally gratifying recipes on their blog this week – one a craft, the other a treat. Cinnamon Ornaments are made with three simple ingredients – cinnamon, applesauce and glue! Check out the Savannah Food Co-op team’s experience making these with their kids,  included all of their tips for making things easier and more fun. The treat is Chocolate Peppermint Coconut Fudge. We probably don’t need to say anything else, but in case anyone’s not sold yet… it’s pretty darn healthy, takes less than 10 minutes to make and is waaay easier than cookies if you’re looking for a quick bit of edible holiday cheer.
