Kidding Around Yoga provides an amazing curriculum designed to motivate children to be active, build confidence, and manage the spectrum of emotions that they experience in their day-to-day activities. KAY is a stress management program for kids. This amazing system incorporates cardiovascular conditioning, fun and original music, plus all the traditional benefits of Yoga; meditation, breathing techniques, singing, peace and deep relaxation.

Kids Night Out is presented by Lynn Geddes of Yoga Me Fit, LLC. She is located in the Branches Yoga Educational Center and provides classes, private sessions, workshops, retreats and events.

For those looking for unique events that offer education and value to your child’s life this will be an experience they will truly benefit from. Branches Yoga known for it’s popular sanctuary space hosts educational and up close high caliber special events that offers intimate and unique experiences.

The event will offer mindful awareness practices, musical activity with yoga poses, yoga class, arts and crafts(gift making), Toe-ga game, healthy snack and drink while sharing the benefits of eating FRESH WHOLE FOODS that come from the ground.
