5th annual St. Peter’s 5K/10K Race & Family Fun Run 2016, Savannah
St. Peter’s Episcopal Runs and Raises Funds
St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Savannah is pleased to announce plans for the 5th annual St. Peter’s KiloMeters 5K/10K Race and Family Fun Run on Sat. Oct. 15 at 8:30AM.
The race begins and ends at the Skidaway Island church, 3 West Ridge Road.
Each year the proceeds from the race are given to local charities. Funds raised this year support Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN) of Coastal Georgia and Heads Up Guidance Services (HUGS). IHN is a network of over 20 congregations in the Savannah area that provide emergency shelter, food, and hospitality to homeless families with children in the Savannah area. HUGS is a local non-profit organization that provides professional counseling and vocational guidance.
