In honor of Maternal Mental Health month, the Maternal Mental Health Collective will host a Mother’s Day community picnic at Forsyth Park.

Here’s a way new moms in the Savannah area can get the support they need: Nurture postpartum group, which will resume on Sat. March 20 2021 at 10AM and will run for 8 weeks. Due to the ongoing need for social distancing, the group will meet outdoors at Daffin Park in Savannah.
This supportive, non-judgmental group is for any mom seeking connection and community during baby’s first year. Come to meet other moms who are in it with you. The group will explore topics such as mothering during a pandemic, health and wellness, relationships, mood changes, bonding with your baby, body image, sexuality, and more. Babies 12 months and younger are welcome.
