Crowned Elite Athletics  in Savannah  is offering a Little Cheer class for girls and boys ages 3-5, and focuses on providing a fun and educational experience for young athletes.

Cost: classes are $55 per month (one class per week)

Classes are:
4:15-5PM Wednesdays
5-5:45PM Thursdays

The Little Cheer program introduces each little cheerleader to all aspects of tumbling and will prepare them for future movement into one of our higher level tumbling classes. Your athlete will be taught proper stretching technique and these specific skills: Forward Roll, Backward Roll, Handstand, Handstand Forward Roll, Left and Right Side Cartwheel, Round Off Rebound, Bridge Up, Bridge Down and an understanding of the Back Bend Kick Over as well as get an introduction to various cheer motions.

This is a combination class that incorporates strength training with elements gymnastics (floor, bars & vault), martial arts, free running and ninja-warrior. This class develops speed, agility, strength, flexibility, balance and movement coordination.
