Telfair Children’s Art Museum (CAM) Reopening is Saturday May 10, 1-4PM
Telfair Museums invites you to celebrate a new exhibition in its immersive Children’s Art Museum @ Telfair Museums’ Jepson Center in Savannah that focuses on the fantastic art of Savannah artist and sailor William O. Golding.
A host of new interactive experiences will guide children and visitors of all ages through the remarkable story of this seafaring artist. New exhibits by FREN Inc. bring Golding’s pencil and crayon drawings to life in animations that visitors of all ages may interact with.

Join us for CAM’s reopening and special art activities! Children can decorate sailor’s caps, enjoy face painting, and *visitors younger12 get a free scoop of ice cream. *Complimentary ice cream available for Telfair members. Families who become new members during the celebration will receive a special Cammy plushie as a welcome gift.
The celebration kicks off a season of creativity—CAM-related family programs will be offered Wednesday through Sunday all summer long.

NEW! CAM Art a La Cart! (ages 4 and older) Wednesdays, 10:30am Jepson Center. Free to members or with museum admission. This summer, families can take part in activities inspired by the new CAM exhibition. Enjoy a different nautical art activity each month.

June: Signal flags – Spelling with Signal Flags: Make your own message
July – Which Way is North? Learn directions & make a compass rose
August – Origami boats: Make a boat, make it float

Summer Camps at the Jepson Center

Once a month, Telfair Museums’ youngest patrons are invited to the Jepson Center for story time, a special tour, and an art activity. Strollers, crying babies, toddlers, and older siblings are all welcome. Come play and learn with us.
