Savannah Ballet School of Dance on Whitemarsh Island offers a range of classes in ballet, tap, jazz, & creative movement for students from 2.5 years old to adult. Classes run through May 2015. Space is still available in some classes for the remainder of the school year
- Young Children (ages 2-6)
- Beginner Ballet, Tap, & Jazz (ages 7-9)
- Pre-pointe Ballet, Tap & Jazz (ages 9+)
- Intermediate I & II Ballet, Tap, & Jazz (ages 11-Adult)

Save the date for The Nutcracker in Savannah 2014
Recognized as the premiere dance company in Southeast Georgia, Savannah Ballet Theatre (the official company of Savannah Ballet School of Dance) is best known locally for its annual production of the perennial holiday favorite, The Nutcracker in Savannah. Using WWII-era Savannah as the backdrop, it is an event that has become a tradition for the community and one that honors the history and unique character of the region.
