Tybee Irish Heritage Celebration Parade

The fun, family-friendly parade will start at 3pm and proceed down Butler Avenue to end on the Strand by the pier.
This Irish Parade began under the guidance of Jimmy and Jay Burke. Since its conception, it has become a Tybee tradition that seems to grow bigger every year. There will be lots of Irish families marching, along with bands, bagpipers, festive floats, the Alee Temple Shriners and straight from the Bahamas Junkanoo legends Barabbas and The Tribe! Good places to catch the parade are Butler Avenue between 6th and 10th Street and 12th Street on down.
Dress in green & join in the fun. Parade starts at City Hall and proceeds down Butler Avenue to Tybrisa Street.
