Youth History Club begins at National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force

Youth History Club offers a chance to engage with history at the Mighty Eighth, Pooler

History Headquarters: Youth History Club begins Wednesday, October 7 at the National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force in Pooler.

Join us from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for Introduction to the Mighty Eighth, the first meet-up in a new series designed with homeschooling and visiting families in mind. Through hands-on activities, the club will explore World War II history alongside STEM and literature. 

Meet-ups are planned for October 7 and 21, November 4 and 18, and December 2 and 16. Each session will explore a different topic, from the Battle of Britain to Pearl Harbor and life on the home front.

Cost: $8 per participant; free for museum members. Registration is required.
