The Tybee Island Marine Science Center offers a dynamic marine science and nature-based experience for island visitors, school groups, and scout troops all year round.
Come learn about Georgia’s marine life and coastal ecology.

Tybee Island Marine Science Center is closed on Tuesdays for tank maintenance, but these public Walks, Talks, and Treks and group programs are available every day.

Toddler Thursdays at Tybee Island Marine Science Center
Tybee Island Marine Science Center will host Toddler Thursdays craft and story time.
Thursday March 26th, 9:30-10:30AM. New ocean theme each month.
For children ages 1-4.
Registration required. Sign up here under the programs tab.
Toddlers with a parent or guardian are introduced to a marine animal or subject through different activities, like a book reading, a craft, and a game or movement.
Program includes admission for parent or guardian. Toddler and all materials included with adult admission.
