Numbers in Nature exhibit & Mirror Maze at STEAM Center at Savannah Children’s Museum

STEAM Center at Savannah Children’s Museum
Coastal Heritage Society has opened its first indoor space, the new STEAM Center at Savannah Children’s Museum, giving families a year-round place to explore hands-on learning.
The STEAM center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is included with regular museum admission.
The debut exhibition, Numbers in Nature, highlights the mathematical patterns found throughout the natural world. Through interactive STEAM activities, visitors can explore how numbers, shapes, and symmetry appear in everyday environments.
At the center of the exhibit is a 1,800-square-foot Mirror Maze filled with repeating triangles, reflections, and visual illusions that challenge visitors to find their way through while discovering how patterns and geometry work together.
Located inside the historic 1925 Storehouse on the museum campus, the new STEAM Center expands Savannah Children’s Museum’s mission to spark curiosity, creativity, and exploration for young learners.
Free unlimited admission for Coastal Heritage Society members. Become a member here.
