Teen Night: A Feel for Felt

Experience the joy of wool felting as SCAD alum Ivy Anderson (B.F.A., fibers, 2024) introduces a study of two-dimensional invention. Guided by Anderson, an expert in textile manipulation, tap your creative vision for unique ornaments made from woolen fibers and yarn.

Tour SCAD MOA’s current exhibition offerings to inspire edible decorative elements on holiday cookies as assistant curator Brittany Richmond leads you through a celebration of charismatic confections and contemporary art at TAD Café.

Teen Night: Trapping Wrappings

Transform paper into festive sheets for wrapping gifts with SCAD MOA educators! Inspired by the colors, textures, and stories behind current exhibitions, employ watercolors and stamps to create distinctive gift wrap for lucky loved ones.

Mini Masters – Monday, 11am-12pm, Nov. 18 & Dec. 16 2024

Calling all little creatives! Embark on a journey of artistic expression, discovery, and exploration with SCAD MOA educators. Brimming with imaginative activities designed just for kiddos, each day is packed with programming inspired by the latest exhibitions. While enjoying art projects, gallery visits, outdoor play, creative indoor games, dance parties, and, of course, snack time, your budding geniuses (and you) can form new friendships.

Mini Masters Morning is programmed for children ages 1–4. Kids must be accompanied by an adult. To RSVP or for more information, email Hannah Thompson at hthompso@scad.edu.
