Open Auditions for Tybee Ballet Theatre’s The Land of the Sweets
Open auditions for ages 6-adult @ The Tybee Arts Association & Savannah Cultural Arts Center Studio
The Land of the Sweets 2023 is coming to a theater near you this fall, and you could be on stage in the production.
The Tybee Ballet Theatre is holding open dance auditions for roles in their upcoming performances of The Land of the Sweets. Ages 6 & older are encouraged to attend – dance experience is recommended but is not a requirement. Please arrive 15 mins prior to call time to sign in.
If selected, dancers will need to attend rehearsals starting after Sep. 9 2023 and leading up to the performances, presented on Nov. 17 & 18 at the Savannah Cultural Arts Center and on Dec. 9 & 10 @ The Tybee Post Theater.
*The Land of the Sweets is presented at NO COST for cast and participants by the Tybee Ballet Theater as part of the City of Savannah’s Spotlight investment program.
Aug. 12 2023 @ Savannah Cultural Arts Center Studio
2 – 2:30PM: ages 6 – 8yrs
2:45 – 3:30PM: ages 9 – 12yrs
3:45 – 4:30PM: ages 13- adult
Aug. 13 2023 @ Tybee Arts Association
12 – 12:30PM: ages 6 – 8yrs
12:45 – 1:30PM: ages 9 – 12yrs
1:45 – 2:30pm: ages 13- adult

Non-dancing performers needed, too
If you are 18+ and interested in a non dancing performance role in Tybee Ballet Theatre’s The Land of the Sweets, please join in.
Come to a non-dancer informational meeting Sun. Aug. 13 4 – 4:30PM @ The Tybee Arts Association.
No dance experience required.
