KATMA 2018 Kick-A-Thon Fundraiser, Savannah
Sponsor a KATMA student or provide a team to test how many kicks you can do @ the KATMA Kick-a-Thon Fundraiser in Savannah. How many kicks can you do? Each kick is $0.05 per kick.
Kombative Academy of Traditional Martial Arts in Savannah is initiating their Skills for Life, community outreach mission. The mission is to provide affordable self-defense training to those who seek it.
Training will be provided at a reduced cost and free to others and will be based on financial need.
Skills for Life, is open to children and adults who normally would not have the opportunity to take part in martial arts, personal safety or safe-defense training.
The goal is to provide training the following groups of willing and qualified participates:
-Children and adults that have been bullied.
-Individuals that are victims and survivors of molestation and sexual assaults.
-Children and adults that have disabilities and are physically able to participate in training.
-Children that are currently in foster care. As well as children adopted with families in a financial need.
-Children and spouses of first responders and deployed military if qualified.
