On Mon. Dec. 20, 2010, guests can enjoy the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens for only $2.00 per person for general admission. Children two and under are free. The Zoo is open 9 AM-5 PM Tickets are sold until 4 PM. This is a great, budget-friendly opportunity for families during the holiday season.

Celebrate the last days of 2010 and countdown to the Noon Year’s Eve 2011 event! Children (ages 3-12) get 50% off regular child’s admission with a “Countdown to 2011” coupon from jacksonvillezoo.org. 6-9 PM through Jan. 2. Closed Dec. 24, 25 and 31
Nearly one million twinkling lights, animal images, music in motion lights, larger-thank-life holiday cards created by local students, nightly visits with Santa through Dec. 23.
