New Sea Pines Eagle Cam

Y’all know we are already smitten with Sea Pines Resort here at SouthernMamas.com.

Here’s one more reason to love that nature-packed refuge on Hilton Head Island in addition all the kid-friendly biking paths, Sea Pines Forest Preserve and Lawton Stables animal farm, plus, of course, the bike-able beach.

Up n a pine tree, roughly 80 feet above the ground, two bald eagles are at work on their nest. Viewers can watch the pair tend the nest and, if the season goes as hoped, follow the eaglets from hatching to first flight. To keep the eagles undisturbed, the exact location of the nest is not being shared publicly.

Sea Pines Forest Preserve Foundation Advisory Board brough this idea to life and ArborNature for made the camera installation possible!
