Free fitness Savannah Class

You & your kids are invited to FREE Family Fitness Day @ Hyperformance Athletics in Savannah.

It starts with an adult class at 9AM, the monthly First Saturday Friend Fest followed by a free nutrition seminar, Food As Fuel. During the seminar there will also be a FREE kids’ class for kids in 1st – 5th grades from 10:15 to 11AM.

Free First Saturday

On the first Saturday of every month, Hyperformance Athletics invites all of Savannah to come sweat with them. We kick off right at 9 AM. These workouts are adaptable for everyone. Bring a smile and be prepared to have some fun. Come see why Hyperformance Athletics is the BEST gym in Savannah.
