SouthCoast Health nutritionist Rebekah Laurance joined WTOC’s Morning Break team in their kitchen to provide an on-air demo of various healthy packed-school lunch ideas, which included using groceries and leftovers you may have already in your kitchen for your student to take to school for lunchtime.

The Savannah nutritionist also gave suggestions of food staples to consider purchasing for packed lunches when you are preparing your grocery list.
