YOGA KIDS @ The Sandbox Children’s Museum Tanger 2 in Bluffton SC & online 

The Yoga Kids program is designed for the 5-10-year-old who likes to move but also wants to work on flexibility and calming techniques. Basic yoga poses will be introduced to help develop a balanced heart and head.

Sundays March 14 & March 28, 11:45-12:30PM
In-person or zoom option
