Prenatal Yoga Class Starts April 10 at Memorial Health, Savannah

It improves strength and flexibility, aids in digestion and mood, and exercises the spine. Experience the benefits for yourself by signing up for our next prenatal yoga class at Memorial Health’s FitnessOne in Savannah.

Led by Alexandra Mitchell, a fitness instructor who is specially certified in prenatal yoga, the class meets on Mondays from 6:15 to 7:15PM. The next class begins April 10 2017 and concludes May 15 2017.

The practice of yoga enhances the mind-body connection, leading to a sense of wellness and more restful sleep. You do not need to have previous yoga experience to take this class.

The six-week class is $75. It meets at FitnessOne in the Memorial Outpatient & Wellness Center, near the front entrance of Memorial University Medical Center.
